Mazzy Star - Fade Into You (Music Video)

Classic Music Television presents Mazzy Star and their music video to their song titled Fade Into You

Mazzy Star will forever be famous for the cult classic hit song titled Fade Into You. And like Jethro Tull and Led Zeppelin, there is no person named Mazzy Star. It's a group.

The heavenly voice behind Mazzy Star is a beautiful Latina from East Los Angeles, California, named Hope Sandoval. Hope Sandoval has always had a special rare mystique. With no pomp or circumstance, she has always had the ability to cast a spell as she simply stands in front of the microphone and sings.

The black & white music video below was directed by Merlyn Rosenberg and was released internationally.

Eva Cassidy - The Blues Alley Films

Classic Music Television presents Eva Cassidy and the live recordings known as The Blues Alley Films

Classic Music Television is proud to present Eva Cassidy. She was a great unknown guitarist and singer while she was alive. She mainly performed cover songs, beautifully.

Not long after the show in the films below, she was diagnosed with cancer that killed her less than a year later. Eventually the films made it around and she gained big fans and has sold millions of recordings, post death.

Below are restored films of Eva Cassidy, originally recorded on a single handheld camera, as you will notice with no cuts/edits, by her friend Bryan McCulley, performing at the Blues Alley jazz supper club in Georgetown, DC. These were all shot on the 3rd of January, 1996. These are among a very small batch of the only recordings she is known to have made. Enjoy!
